the website is pretty good. Their down fall is when wanting to call. The automated system is a little bit complicated. The staff is pretty good and courteous...

I recieved the wrong item within my order. I recieved a ladies jacket instead of a reversible jacket that was on sale. I returned the jacket

I think the products you have are great, but for the price the consumer pays for these items, shipping should be free.

I found the NFL Shop easy to use and I have already recommended shopping there to friends. The shipping was quick too for my address in Afghanistan. I plan on making many more purchases through the NFL Shop.

NFLShops, without gift certificates and sales, is simply overpriced. I can find quality stuff MUCH cheaper by shopping the 'Net, and using ebay. This order was because I got a gift certificate, and the 15% off draft weekend special.
