Great site, no complaints. I've had to return a couple items since they broke quickly (very fragile palm sized helicopters) and the return process worked perfectly.

Everything about the purchase went perfect. I have no idea of how this works, but a shop like the spaceshop.com, US Site, can include the import tax (to Denmark, anyway) in the total amount paid using creditcard. From thinkgeek.com I get an additional UPS bill. This is no problem at all, but it could be cool if thinkgeek.com also could do this. (more)

As mentioned in previous surveys, I would like to see a cheaper mail option for overseas clients. Also, I think it's discriminatory that only US residents can participate in the points scheme. Surely it's up to the purchaser to make sure that they comply with individual countries' particular overseas purchase laws. cheers (more)
