The amount of shipment time was the only problem. I found out it was being shipped from Asia only after order placed. Delivery took about two weeks with no ability to track it. I might have ordered anyway but I'd have liked to have known shipping...

The process of purchasing the item was great, but I am very disappointed in the item ordered. I have used the H500 and the H 700 models and was very satisfied with their operation, but feel the H550 falls short of the mark.

Found exactly what I needed (original equipment cell phone battery) at a good price. It was a little tough to find, but compared to what I've been through, it was a breeze. Got it on time and my phone is working like a charm. Thank you.
