I was given conflicting information by two customer service reps re: this order. One was helpful and pleasant,but after a computer down-time,spoke to someone rude and unhelpful. After this unfortunate experience, it's unlikely I would order again.

The costume I ordered came with a broken zipper and decorations on the sholder not attached. When I got on the websight it said that shipping would be free but I had to pay for shipping to my home. I wore a sheet, it worked out just fine.

Shipping was timely. The site was easy to use. Prices are very good. Order was completely promptly. The only thing, the costume itself did not look as nice as pictured. It served its purpose nonetheless.

Wish it was made more sturdy. It will take a lot of "sitting on" by children visiting Santa. Only time and wear will tell. No instructions, but we figured it out. It seems the pocket for the stuffing would be on the inside. Great idea.

the large angel/devil costume did not come close to fitting me and I am a size 20 and it is supposed to fit up to a 24 you need to add a quite a few inches to each side and I would order again. The quality was nice and I was excited to wear it

I loved my costume. the mile high captan outfit was very sexy and fix nicely over my big boobs... and the ladys out there with big ones know what im talking about. so yes i would say it what a wonderful comstume.
