The only reason I rated lower on the ease of contacting was because it was Halloween day and I'm sure it was a very busy day for Costume Super Center. I left my name and number and they said approximately 20 minutes, and they weren't kidding.

Costume was supposedly 'guarenteed' for Halloween but it is November 8 and I have yet to receive it. Ruined my night, will never order again.

one of the wigs I ordered wasn't included in the shipment and I was counting on it to complete my costume. Also, the quality of the products were fairly poor with prices being high.

The costume had a defective zipper. Unfortunately, it was the day before Halloween and I had to make due. I would have returned it but I used it. I did not really have a choice and so I used the costume I bought even thought it was blatantly...

I was a bit nervous, as I paid extra money to get the 2-3 day shipping and my order arrived on the eve of the 4th day, not happy. I would not have paid extra if I knew the 2-3 day shipping did not actually apply.

I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of this order with Costume SuperCenter. Thank you for the offers enclosed in the shipped product and timely shipping. My single complaint is that the Fun Leaf Fairy Costume sold out during purchase.
