very happy with the service

I tried calling on Friday...they were experiencing "higher than normal calls"...so I left my phone number, order number, and the reason for my call...this is Tuesday evening and I haven't heard back. It's a small thing...the keychain on the Tim Holtz Binder was defective(one end was just deformed and the chain wouldn't stay in)...all I wanted was for them to send me another chain...but if I can't get through(I tried several times before leaving my phone number) I will think twice before ordering from them again...I waited to respond to this until I had given them a chance to respond. As they say, "when hell freezes over" I'll hear from them. Am I unhappy about this, of course... (more)

Good prices, efficient process

I was charged "$6.00" to ship an item that was about 1" x 2" and probably wouldn't have weighed (by itself) an ounce. That was the only thing I was disatisfied with.

Scrapbooking-warehouse.com was the only place I was able to find what I needed. The prices were great and the delivery time was even better!
