Worst customer service ever. It's impossible to get them to answer phone calls, voicemails or emails. Also, this merchant has an unsatisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau (I found this out after I placed my order and began having problems). I still haven't received my order, nor have I received any answer to my repeated emails and voicemails. (more)

I have always had success dealing with Knitting Warehouse. Their most appealing feature is the flat rate shipping. As a knitting teacher it is not unusual for me to purchase yarn for my class at reasonable prices since the money comes out of my pocket. With Knitting Warehouse I save money on my purchase and on the shipping so that's 2 thumbs up! (more)

When I went online to reorder 36 skeins of a particular yarn I was using, I saw that the yarn was unavailable. I sent an email to Customer Service inquiring about when the yarn would be back in stock as I was making an afghan for someone. However, I never heard back from them at all. About 5-7 days later I checked back and saw the yarn was available again. The very least Customer Service should have done was respond to my email promptly, however I never received a reply. (more)

I need to return part of order & have repeatedly contacted merchant by phone & email for rma#. I'm frustrated because I've tried to reach them for several days now. Otherwise, the part of the order I do need was great & order process was flawless.
