I have been totally satisfied with my purchases at Rabbit Air. My 18-month-old BioGS air purifier has been running like a champ 24 x 7 since the day I received it. Their service and products are outstanding./

The unit began sparking and emitted a burning smell. I thought perhaps it was the outlit and called an electrician. Not the problem. It is the unit.

Very satisfied with the product. My wife developed a nuisance cough when she would come home. The BioGS appears to have solved our problem with alllergens in the air.
