You had the exact product I wanted and I didn't have to get frustrated hunting for it all over the place. It is a little smaller than I expected but I like it and may order another one.

The picture of the item at the site shows the mat and the hi/lo switch. I wrote at purchase page, if no switch, then don't process. But, the switch was not included when delivered. All competitors offered the switch included. I want to return this...

I shipped the defective phone back with a RAM number and I have not received the other phone back yet. I should have fixed this phone my self and I would have been done. I ordered this phone as a gift as I should not have.

Would have been alot nice to see where my product was. I had to ask customer service about it and actually they didn't really provide much info either. Your tracking system really needs improved.

The order was sent to the wrong address. UPS left it on the porch of an abandoned building in the rain. The box was soaked but the product was wrapped in plastic and was OK inside. I found it at the wrong address one week later.
