order # 20035. The backrest on one of my stools arrived damaged. i talked to coustomer service, a guy named Jeremy,who told me to e-mail him a picture of the damage. I dont have time for all of this run-around. I will never order from Home Bar again.

I called and asked when it would come. Nobody called me back. I emailed to find out when it would come and I did not get a reply. Horrible customer service. I can not believe I did not get a reply from the call or the email.

After placing the order at beginning of Dec 08 and having the ordered cancelled 3 times and we had re-ordered instead of having the ordered filled when product became available as said it would be, everything was fine.

I was satisfied with the product I purchased and the price. However, it took over a month to receive the merchandise. I didn't catch it while ordering, but I didn't set up an account, so I couldn't track the status of the delivery.

I still have not received the rest of my order and have not even heard about it.I called several times only to have to leave a message during business hours. I would not recommend this company and I want my merchandise.
