I received a box 5 days after my order, but it contained the wrong item. I immediately sent an email asking how to exchange the item sent for the item I ordered, but have not yet received any direction on how to get what I ordered from them.

I had to fax in my RX for my lenses multiple times because your staff could not find it. Also your website showed the wrong status as to which of my items were shipped and which were delayed.

I think that the ability to e-mail a scanned prescription to get the order thru makes the process easier. Their response time is quick.

After accepting my order and sending a confirmation, the order was summarily cancelled. I went to the website and found that the same item was avaialable and priced over twice as much.

I received the product 3 weeks later (in Canada). I wasn't expecting this type of a delay. That's the only negative comment I have. I'm happy with the purchase and have referred the website to my friends. Thanks!
