They sent two blue inks and no yellow, we were supposed to get one of each color. I had the ink sent to my son in college and he threw the invoices away before he realized the mistake and I had no way to correct the mistake.

Toner was received ok but one of the cartridges was not usable. It looked like toner leaked out and small plastic bag was black and full of toner. I am returning for another.
