I received the package on time, but parts were missing. Now I have to wait another 10 days before the missing parts arrive and I can use the tool. I should have bought it at sears!

The Product is Exactly as described, and what I wanted. When Trying to track the shipping information I was not able get any details except (item has been shipped) THIS needs to be corrected . Billy Boggs

My dissatisfaction was due to battery life and pricing. The battery life was just over warranty. I found that the batteries for my Makita would cost about $70 each. Sears was offering an 18 volt driver for less than the Makita replacements. Bill...
