When I made the inital order the freight for 3 day delivery was just over $11.00 when the order was processed the freight went to over $16.00. I order the item on Friday with 3 business day "Guarantee" and got it on the following wednesday.

The process was as good as you can expect. I errantly ordered a drill when I meant to order a hammer-drill. I was glad to have the opportunity to return the incorrect item and have a chance to buy the item I meant to get from the start.

I received the package on time, but parts were missing. Now I have to wait another 10 days before the missing parts arrive and I can use the tool. I should have bought it at sears!

The only comment I have at this time is the shipping container was kinda beat up, no holes but about to come apart at the seams. Thanks, I haven'
t had a chance to use this product yet but it appears to be just what I wanted.

Satisfied so far. Product LOOKS good, but it's been so rainy in Texas that we have not had a chance to use it.
