I am disappointed in the turn around time on this order. I don't know why it took so long to get my order and wasn't given any explanation. I was able to track it but got no explanation that it was a back order or what the delay was.

I ordered on line 8/29/09 and still have not rec'd my item. 9/9/09. I called today and it had not even shipped yet. Very disappointed that it is taking this long and it has not shipped.
