The original arrival date was supposed to be February 3; however, my luggage did not arrive until February 6 in the evening while I was already out of town on my business trip. I don't know if FedEx lost the package for a day or if Luggage Factory...

I had purchased a piece of luggage for my son for Christmas. It was not exactly what he wanted. I returned it. You refunded my money quickly; I reordered on a holiday weekend and he received it on Tuesday. Very fast service. Thank you
