We had to order a second batch of door handles to finish a kitchen and while our first order was Amerock manufactured in Germany, the second batch was in China. There are appearance differences between the two. This isn't really WoodWorders fault.

When I placed my order I was never told how long it would be before I would receive my order. Otherwise, everything went very well. I am happy with Woodworker's Hardware & Supply and will shop with them again.

Overall I am completely satified except one of the cup pulls that I ordered is not right. The screw keeps screwing in at a wrong angle. We are currently working on it and if necessary I will send it back for exchange. Thank you.

The handles were smaller than the current ones we have, so not sure if the manufacturer changed the product or what, that is my only issue with the product.
