I felt they should have notified me that the product was not in stock and given me an estimated arrival time. Once i contacted them, they responded in a very good fashion.

everyone was very nicei decideid on a different color the next morning and called them right a way and they were able to chance since the order did not ship yetrecieved items from them immediatley but still waiting for product from manufacture

I haven't received my order yet. I got an email telling me that it shipped, but I was unable to track the package with the tracking number provided. I was told via email that the shipment will arrive this Friday.
