The part that was shipped is not the part that I ordered from the website. However, it was marked as the part ordered but did not fit the phone it was ordered for which leads me to think that it might have been mislabeled. Waiting for response from CPR Technologies (more)

They offer a wide selection of Nextel accessories that I just cannot seem to find locally at a decent price. I have made a few purchases from CPR Technologies and have not been unhappy. They ship as specified their pricing is excellent and their shipping is reasonable even at the express rates. Their graphics on the products provide great detail so you can truly "see what you're getting". (more)

This company had good products available with good quality and everything we ordered was recieved in a timely manner. Would definately recommend them to others and will buy from them again myself I am sure

Advertized that orders would be filled on the same day. As I entered my order late in the day, I did not expect same day service. It took over a week to receive my order. Because it came USPS I did not expect a long delay. When My order came (leather case for i502), it did not include the belt clip. Primary reason for purchasing the case was so that I could get it out of pocket. Without the clip, not much good. (more)

No email or contact regarding availibilty of product, nor does the website give any insight as to the availibilty of product. Was not informed of backorder or how long it would be until product was availible. No communication with customer whatsoever, not even a confirmation email. Very Unsatisfied. (more)
