I recieved the first item right away but it was wrong for my product application so I sent it back and have not yet recieved the replacement item yet. I expected it to have arrived by now.

Not your fault, I ordered the wrong size You guys are AOK, problem was mine.. I tried to get ahold of you on weekend hours. It's for a halloween costume, so time is an issue, so is cost; is it worth it to rush deliver just for a halloween issue.

I did not received any communications regarding the shipping of the products I ordered, was starting to wonder if would and they were delivered the next day.
