back ordered, when I order something from you that shows it is not on back order , I ordered on 10/5 and I had to call to find out when would be in my hands ,not till 11/5 that is pretty bad. But I bet you had no problem cashing my payment did you

Placed the order September 21...still have not received. When I checked on it I was told it was on back order. If you can't wait then cancel. No suggestion as to where I might find this item was given.

I was charged a surcharge by Visa - when questioned I was informed this was a Canadina Co (although the part shipped from Kentucky), I wish the company had been upfront on this disclosure.

the part i ordered does not fit the stove. i had previously ordered the part from sears also,they wouldnt take back;ordered from you and got the same part. screw holes from the drawer handle to the stove do not even line up; it is impossible to use.
