Online tracking gets a bad score , ONLY because the avail ship option is USPS. The Postal Service is never timely, only if you get lucky. That said, I would rather PAY more for shipping, using UPS or FED EX, K

I have contacted xheli in reference to a receiver that apeared to be used and did not work when hooked up. I was E Mailed that I would be contacted by sales within 24 hrs. I am still waiting.

I have several Air Hogs Helicopter and they are much more durable than your product. Not likely to purchase another one or recommend your product. When a received this helicopter there were orange balls in the package, but no instructions for their...
