The hardware for my vertical blinds was not sent but hopefully is on its way. The delivery for oversized items was much longer than my last delivery. I an very satisfied with the quality of my wood blinds and my vertical blinds.

Blind arrived as delivery time promised. It fits perfectly, looks very nice and is exactly as I wanted.Hoever, it does not work. The blind will not stay in any position. Even when we have place a weight on the handle it does not stay in any...

My order went into production and finally was shipped some two weeks after the order - I cannot say if it was "on time" but it seemed to take quite awhile for the process/shipment.
