we are very pleased - but it took three calls to customer service - the first two times the person answering the phone was very nice, but not well informed - on the third call - got a manager and he was terrific

I ordered 2 weeks ago and have only rec'd 6 out of 32 swatches ordered. I have not been able to track my pkg. either. Neither one of my emails have been answered by BlindSaver.com.

ordered 1 blind on line to make sure we had the color correct, when we went to order the remaining 3 the price had gone up, we contacted customer service on phone, they explained that the sale was over but would be on again in 2 weeks,

when checking out I was offered magazine subscriptions for $2 for one year. the $2 was placed on my debit acct.. This was strange and customer service did not seem to know what I was talking about. Time magazine later billed me for $20

My only complaint is that the brackets to hold the blinds were not "L" brackets that allow side mounting or top mounting like the brackets provided for this same product at Lowes. We need "L" brackets to fit the windows. Overall happy with the... (more)
