Blinds look and work very nice. However, they are all not hanging even at the bottoms when extended down. Will try to contact Levelor to see if anything can be done.

One set of blinds did not raise and lower properly. My husband was able to figure out the problem (something about the ropes being twisted). Other than that, love the blinds and the ease of purchase online.

Very pleased. Phone help was very knowledgable and went beyond answering my list of questions. I didn't get half the help or information from local merchants. Unfortunately, we have not installed the blinds yet, so I can't address those issues.

Too bad we couldn't install our blinds until a week after the FIRST shipment arrived. they didn't include all of the mounting brackets. Blinds seem like they will be nice if we can ever get them hung!
