2 DAYS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER, THE COMPANY ANNOUNCED A 10% HALLOWEEN DISCOUNT, AND I RESENT THAT THE MAN WHO TOOK MY ORDER DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT THE DISCOUNT OR OFFER IT TO ME.
I HAD TRIED TO PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE, BUT THE SITE WAS NOT ACCESSIBLE.

I have recieved a black ink cartridge; that when installed my printer told me that it was the wrong cartridge; I have telephoned customer support and still did not get a response, also sent an e-mail and again did not get a response.
