2 DAYS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER, THE COMPANY ANNOUNCED A 10% HALLOWEEN DISCOUNT, AND I RESENT THAT THE MAN WHO TOOK MY ORDER DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT THE DISCOUNT OR OFFER IT TO ME.

I have recieved a black ink cartridge; that when installed my printer told me that it was the wrong cartridge; I have telephoned customer support and still did not get a response, also sent an e-mail and again did not get a response.

Thus far I've not been made to feel bombarded by spam or emails of any other nature from this company, personally I like that. The "We're here for you but not gonna bug you."attitude. Thank you.

I have not yet tried the ink product in my printer, so I was unable to tell you if the product itself was satisfactory. But, purchasing and shipping/delivery of the product by Endless Colors, Inc. was outstanding!
