The customer service department is great! They are very generous with returns and try to make their customers happy. My only complaint is that they didn't have the color/size match that I wanted, but I just picked another color.

We purchased hoodies for our dogs, but they are very difficult to get on and off the dog. It should be split on the back and connected with velcro or buttons/snaps after it is on the dog.
