I ordered a harness for my dog and I ordered the size according to their sizing chart. The harness is way too big, so I need to exchange it for a smaller size. But other than that this was a GREAT purchase. The quality of the harness was excellent!

I'm impressed with the rapid delivery of my order. I have a Albino Chihuahua the sunglasses seems to ride up into his eyes. Maybe if the eye piece is shaped so that it stays out of his eys. I have already gave your website to several friends & my vet

I was quite please at the ease of ordering and the timelyness of the delivery. I especially like the personal note that came with my order. That is something that is quite uncommon these days.

Vicki was absolutely delightful to deal with over the phone and she was helpful and successful in resolving a problem I was having on a defective product on a previous order. I would definitely use Baxter Boo again.
