was happy with items i received, was missing 1 item notified customer service was told someone would review and get back with me, as of yet noone has got back with me that was on 11/14/09 wont hold my breath.

My credit card was charged 2 weeks before my merchandise was to be shipped. I have to wait 2 weeks for my credit card to be refunded after cancelling the order?
