My only complaint was that I received the product too quickly. It was going to be a gift for my wife and it showed up less than 48 hours after I placed the order on-line. Unfortunately, it had a picture and description on the side of the box.

The mirror was backordered, but I was informed and willing to wait. When it finally arrived, I was very pleased with the quality and style. A very beautiful mirror! I would definitely order from CSN again.

The mirror was packed very tightly it wasn't going anywhere. The only time I got nervous was when I got the review before the mirror got here. It was 48 hrs. later. The mirror is beautiful!! Thanks

Nov. 29th ordered place. Paid extra for 3day shipment. Item not received till Dec 8th. Called Customer Service, they weren't able to credit back the shipping charge at the time. I still don't know if this is taken care of.

Everything went well except for the color of the mirror. It looked silver on the website and in fact is much more gold than silver. The overall quality of the mirror is good. But the color is not what was expected.

The Charlotte Mirros where hard to put on the wall. customer service, they gave my the number to the manufactorer. they told me that they would send out felt pads to help, why not just place felt pads in with the mirror??/

I expected delivery on September 15th, but the product was out of stock and I did not receive the mirror until October 14th. I think if the item is out of stock, I should be made aware of that before I submit credit card information.
