Your website says that the moisture barrier is only needed for installation over concrete, yet your store manager told my husband we needed it for installation over a plywood subfloor, and he even said he disagreed with the website.

Some of the items were not in on time, so I purchased elsewhere (ie my install kit). Also cancelled a reducer that was taking awhile as I found that another piece of trim that I ordered and had worked just fine.
