I ordered 3 samples and one of them was not what I ordered.

Customer service was unknowledgeble about status of order and RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! I still have not received my order, which I was told via phone I would have last Friday, no later than Monday. I cannot seem to find anyone (besides Andrew in Denver who was wonderful) who could answer any simple questions for me. Wondering where my order is! Called to find out and was told to quit bothering people at Lumber Liquidators! Did I mention I've already paid for this product?! I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER buy from you again and I will tell everyone I can about how horrible the experience was! (more)

When ordering on line, everytime I continued to the next screen, the tax went up. This happened 3 times.

Scott Wines, the local store manager, was extremely helpful in arranging delivery of the flooring in a timely and cost effective way. He deserves kudos.

online order status/shipping info was never updated; although the order arrived promptly

We only purchased Bamboo flooring samples on this order but will be ordering our flooring shortly.

they are very slow in responding and seem slow on understanding a simple problem of they sending the wrong item

I have always gotten great service, quality and any questions I asked answered quickly. I've used lumber Liquidators several times before and been very very happy with my purchases.

I had a hard time getting delivery scheduled so I rented a truck and picked up the material myself

Was able to complete transaction almost completely online...just the way I like it. This was my largest ever online purchase and it turned out well!
