Shipping took forever, it was like a 2 week process and the items were in stock. I understand it was the holidays, but they said they wouldn't even ship until 1/2, however they did ship before that date, but were not here by Christmas...

When I ordered my dinner plate and salad plates, it said the items were in stock. I received an email later stating not in stock and didnt know when it would be. I needed this plate for a party 10 day later.

Item side will ship next day.. The item was pushed back and I missed her birthday, but I had another gift so she wouldn't think I missed her birthday.
