I'm very happy with my purchase. I do wish that I had the opportunity to track the order b/c I travel quite a bit and wasn't sure if I was going to be home when it arrived.

I did not receive my order on time. I'm still waiting despite the established delivery date. I am not likely to return to your store unless I can receive some form of assurance that my future needs will be met.

The headboard arrived without a scratch or a dent. Fed Express dropped it at the door and took off before we could examine it. Easy to handle and assemble. If you want a simple, inexpensive headboard this is for you.

Ordered on 9/19 for delivery during the week of 10/19. I began followup efforts on 10/21 only to be told on 10/23 that the ordered item (bed) would not be available until 11/30. Had I know that earlier, I would have ordered a different daybed.

Bed looks fantastic and I am very happy. Although I think the headboard posts should have leather on three sides not just on one side because you can see the black cloth and can only cover this cloth with pillows when bed made up.

notified that order was received and would ship on said date. Then got tracking e-mail that info had been given to fed ex, However, when FED EX indicated that the package had not even been given to Fed EX as of the promised delivery date.
