overall, a good experience. but i was disappointed when the price of the product i bought went up in price a pretty big amount in the time i was thinking about it.

Discount coupon offered as part of resolution to delayed shipping problem was not received. Order processing was delayed for unknown reason by Guitar Center personnel.
