Nice product and delivery price was right and I'm the kind of guy that allways has to touch and in this case sit in the product before buying anything. Very pleased with my chair I've allready told a friend about "office chairs" thank you.

The chair is very comfortable. However, it was advertized as "Italian leather" but it feals and smell like vynel to me. I find this very disterbing.

The parts bags on 2 of 3 chairs were torn open and were missing washers, which I had to run to the hardware store to purchase. Also, they contained other washers that were not shown in the directions to be used (confusing). Otherwise, all is good.

I have since re-ordered 2 chairs and received them today. The 1st order was cancelled as the chair was no longer being manufactured.
