The only minor "bad" thing that I have is that the tracking number that was provided to me was one for a FEDEX shipment, but the actual package was sent through the USPS making it impossible for FEDEX to track.

James Allen Staff was great they helped me every way possible. I ordered the Items on line and had them sent to an APO so the delivery issues I would not place the blame on them.

I highly recommend you go to as many other jewelry stores and find what you like then go on JamesAllen.com to save big dollars for the same thing. I have recommended this site to everyone and anyone looking at jewelry.
