I had purchased a set of SE530 earphones, but needed some repair.I contacted your staff and my 2 year warranty covered it all.You guys even gave me the contact information for Shure and a copy of my invoice. Thanks a lot for your Customer Service.

Ordered my Westone UM1's on wednesday, got them on friday! I live in Amsterdam and expected it would take at least a week. Amazingly fast! And didn't have to pay any tax as well :) Thank you very much EarphoneSolutions.com

I item in the package was not sent but the backorder was shown when placing the order. Only question is when the missing item will be shipped. no mention was made about that.
