Delivery good; installation simple. Screen has small round spot lower left-hand corner, appx. 1/8 inch. Is inside, small enough not to hamper use. Price good, rest of product very good. Box was crumpled on one corner, no damage done; very well... (more)

Although no fault of Pacific Geeks, the tracking system of the USPS was of no help as there was no info on their web site until after the delivery was completed.

The upgrade of the hard drive for $59 is something I now wish I hadn't done. As, in the same mailing I see I could have purchased a Seagate 500 Mb hard drive for less and kept the default hard drive as well. So much for the savings.

After I placed my order someone used my financial info to make an unauthorized purchase. Since I made the purchase on a brand new card and had never given my 3-digit security to anyone else it had to be an employee at Pacific Geek or at PayPalk.

Ordered on 6/9 with two day ground shipping (I think). Received it 6/15 -- SIX days later. Not happy. Can't recommend you guys because of this.
