I received the monitors I ordered quickly but one had no power cord and the other had no video cable. They sent me a power cord and video cable after I contacted them that were of much lower quality than the ones I should have gotten.

Again I am a repeat byer and have had a decent relationship with them. My worst fear is the high cost of shipping...I continue to hold orders till coupon codes for reduced shipping are available. Otherwise I am content.

The lap top did not work properly and was missing some installed components ordered.The restore disc did not match what was installed on the lap top.I like pacific geek but was disappointed with the lap top not being the way I ordered.

I placed an order part of the order arrived. The invoice was marked the rest of the order will come from another warehouse. After 3 weeks, customer support cancelled my order and refunded my money after I e-mailed.

Shipped late-two days after charging my credit card and only after I emailed. Only part of my order arrived. Was promised shipment of remainder by COB-did not happen. Only notified late the next day that they did not have the rest of the item.

I contacted Pacific Geek by email with concern over my order. I was told that a missing component that I paid for and did not receive would be shipped.Not received yet. I was also told that some software was pre-loaded on my system and it was not.
