Shipping rates a drawback-would order more if offered discounted or free shipping like some other therapy materials suppliers. Books came quickly, all but one in perfect condition. Happy that they all arrived at the same time. Website easy to...

The wrong item was ordered and I was able to return the product and order the correct item with no problem. Customer Service was great and issue was resolved easily.
