While I have received my order from you and have answered the questions to the best of my ability , I have not seen the product as it is a Christmas gift and I had it shipped to the recipient's home. I will know better after the 25th. of Dec.

2 items supposedly shipped and credit card charged; tracking on 1 item said "Billing Information Received" for a month; 2nd call to Customer Service learned item had been discontinued; credit card to be credited (2-3 weeks); 20% off coupon has not...

Fast delivery, very nice luggage which my teen granddaughter will LOVE! Prices seem reasonable, free delivery. I would definitely consider ordering from Luggage.com when I next shop for travel bags.

It is difficult to return email and advise that our order had not arrived since November 9th. There is no place on your emails to say our order has not arrived yet.
