Acct.dept.very helpful & courteous.contact(man)was not interested in hearing much of what I had to say. Gave impression shorter the convers.the better & hurried me along. Enough hung up on me as I was continuing to talk. Told person in Acct....

First, my 1975 Norton does not fit properly on the ramp. And, when I place another bike on the ramp, it does not roll very well in the garage. One of the casters does not turn correctly, which is creating the issue with moving the ramp.

The finish of the product is great, it was easy to assemble, holds the bikes just fine.
Is there any way to shim up the connection of the tower for a tighter fit? Same goes for the receiver, the bikes bounce around a bit en route.

Really liked the cross bars for my luggage rack. Quality looks great and they were very easy to install. I got them faster than I expected and they were well packaged.
