It's the 1st time I've ordered and did so because of a friend's recommendation. Not sure if I will return one of the sizes of arch insoles. I bought 2 sizes to see which one was best. Good service except a long time to get to me via USPS.

I received the order on time but the necessary signature was not waived as agreed upon with customer service so I had to wait until the next day which was a little bit of a nuisance but not the end of the world.

My inquiry was regarding availability of a different color, it would have been nice if footnotes could have gotten the other color for me. They pretty much just said, it's not available...or you can wait...vs hey I'll try to get it for you.

I ordered 2 of the same EXACT shoes in size 6. There was a significant size difference between the 2 same size shoes! Poor quality assurance.
