Package received in a timely manner. Item looks new, case need to be redesigned. The plastic hinge is almost broken. i will have to use duct tape to keep the case together.

I've tried to charge the battery and it won't hold a charge. I want to return the battery and have it checked to see if it is the battery, or is it the charger. There is no one locally that can do this or carries the battery of charger.

I was duped by a reconditioned item for sale. I missed that the tool did not contain the most useful of the cutting attachments. That made the purchase price not very attractive to get the reconditioned model.
