The shower sprayer we purchased was exactly as described by Buy Plumbing. I had read other responses that this particular item looked "cheap." This was far from the truth. I am very satisfied.

my trench drains did not come with end caps. i did not see them on the web site or was not prompted to get any accessories. i did not have time to look after it was delivered i was waiting for it already to do a job that needed to be done.

I was very happy with the purchase of the products I ordered with the following exceptions. I think they could have been shipped via UPS Ground instead of UPS Freight. They were only about 20lbs each and it would have been a much cheaper shipping...

The product was installed very easy. The price of the product was very competitive....however for the size/weight of the product, I felt the S&H cost was extremely high.
