I called before placing the order to see if I would receive the items on time. There was no indication online or over the phone that the items were on backorder -- and it turned out that they were, so we received them too late.

Other online plumbing vendors offer free shipping ater a certain order dollar amount is reached. I consistantly place large plumbing orders with other on line vendors, and shipping costs is a consideration when making purchases.

The shower sprayer we purchased was exactly as described by Buy Plumbing. I had read other responses that this particular item looked "cheap." This was far from the truth. I am very satisfied.
