I've worn progressive lenses for 10 years. This is the first time the world wobbles when I turn my head slowly or quickly, a little or a lot, from left to right, like seeing through the surface of moving water!!! IF you can fix it, PLEASE let me...

I ordered the glasses on Sept. 23they arrived on Oct.28 One of the glasses had BOTH lens popped out of the frames and I have to fix them.I was charged shipping. My order was over 200 dollars.Free shipping occurs at 99 dollars.

The selection and the product i received were very good. The price is right! I am still getting used to bi-focals so a little trouble there. I am going to get an optrician to look at them to see if they think they are good for me.

I did not receive the first time buyers discount that I should have. My "first" order was cancelled because my Rx lenses would not work in the frame that I had chosen. Also my credit card has yet to be refunded for the cancelled order!!!!!!!!!!
