only problem was I received to separate emails to say my order had been shipped - the first email almost 5 days before second one said it had shipped, we paid for expedited mail. When it was mailed - 2nd email, got it within 2 days

i ordered my glasses jan 6th and was told that my glasses would be ready in 14 days but a week went by and i called for them to tell me that my lenses were to thick an needed the index to be brought down but would like to know why i wasnt contacted

Lens are good but frames are a bit loose on and measurements were taken from my previous glasses.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GLASSES AS YET. PERHAP IT IS IN THE POST OFFICE AS WE RECEIVED A NOTICE OF A LARGE ENVELOPE TO BE PICKED UP ONE 2-1-10.IF THE GLASSES ARE IN THE PACKAGE, I WOULD LOVE TO FILL OUT A QUESTIONAIRE.

Pleased with the value of the glasses. Only concern is that it looks like the nose pieces could break off easily. The second pair I received is too small (my fault, did not check measurents). CAN I RETURN THE SECOND PAIR AND GET LARGER TEMPLES?

Although delivery was slightly delayed, I was very happy with the glasses I received. The quality and the lenses were very good and as good as the glasses I had purchased locally. All in all I am very happy with my new glasses and Eyebuydirect.
