The customer rep was not helpful, I explained that one of the pairs of pants appeared to be mis-marked, it had 2 sizes on the tag. she just said to list the issue on the return questionnaire on-line.

This service is great. Since I was a child, I have always had difficulty finding the right pair of jeans. The pair you picked for me were PERFECT. They fit great and feel wonderful. My mom says they were made for me. Thank you very much!

No response to email re jeans. You don't carry enough jeans that fit me and wouldn't leave my belly hanging out. I love One World tops!One big complaint from the freezing north (NH) More long sleeves!
