The item I ordere and was waiting for was cancelled because of a backorder situation - why was it offered in the first place if it wasn't available- I am not at all pleased with this transaction and won't be back!!!!!

UPS could not get the item delivered in a timely fashion. They sent the package all over the place. Dallas to Salt Lake City then to Sparks Nev and then to Sacramento Ca, then back the same route. I love the item I purchased and was easy to put...

The only problem I have had is lack of information about the shipping date. Nowhere does your system provide even a projected receipt date. This is unnerving and the only reason I would not be inclined to purchase again through this system.

I was very disappointed that the product was listed and I was able to order it even though it was out of stock, however, I do understand that warehousedirect may not be aware of this until it is ordered and they check with the place that provides...
