When you first took my order I was receiving a case of 2005 Crane Lake cabernet.....I originally wanted 2007....but I was told you were out of that and I would haave to take 2008. So I was a little disappointed.

My order for (12) total bottles of wine did not match what WineChateau.com shipped. They shipped (10). Order was delivered on a Saturday. WineChateau.com does not offer Customer Support by phone on Saturdays.

I ordered 6 bottles of one wine and 1 of another and got 7 of one instead. It wasn't a big enough deal to send back or complain but it wasn't exactly what I ordered but I was thrilled to find wine from this particular vineyard reasonably priced.

I ordered 11/09 for deivery by Thanksgiving. I received a message that my shipment was delayed; there was NO CONFIRMED DELIVERY DATE! I expect delivery prior to Thanksgiving Day without fsil. I have received no further communication!
