I placed the order with Customer Service on 9/22/09 and received the item on 10/6/09. I had expected to receive it sooner. The item delivered, however, met all my expectations.

This company must be a scam because they were only available for ordering and were very responsive to that aspect of the contract. However, never heard from them after they took my money.

the package was not packed professionally, the crystal was in a sandwich bag and the flushmount itself looked cheap. How do I know I ordered swavorski when it was packed like I got it from a thrift shop. really disappointed and I will return it.

I order two wall scones light. One fine and other one was damaged, whole side was damaged and open. I called and spoke with someone Joshua. He told me that you company will be sending me a replace one.
