After over a week, I had to contact Customer Service to find out why my order had not shipped. I didn't receive a repoy from CS, but soon received an email saying my contacts were on their way.

Lenses arrived in perfect condition. I was also impressed with their professionalism in having me get a new prescription before they would order them for me. I had to update my prescription. Good business practice!

I am concerned that I sent my prescription to you but ACLens called my doctor for a prescription and I was charged $20.00. I am working on this since I should not have been charged and you had no need to contact my doctor.
