I ordered a ring, paid for express shipping to ensure I would receive it on time. A day after I expected it (giving the company full time to size it) I sent an e-mail inquiry and called twice to resolve the late shipment.

The earrings did not arrive for 3 1/2 weeks after I ordered. They are
extremely tiny - not at all how I had pictured when reading the measurements in discription.
