pizza pans were good but they were exactly 12" with no rim. i assumed they had rim but thats my bad... will purchase from store again though.

Everything was great -- good prices, great products, great customer service, quick delivery. I just wish there was another option for shipping and handling. It was pretty expensive.

Despite my best intentions I was unable to get a very clear picture of what I was ordering. I ordered cookie bags that turned out to not be bags at all. I read all of the product specs but they just didn't jive with what I actually received.

The shipping box was a taped together creation of an already used carton. The product was up against one edge so the excelsior padding gave no protection from impact in that direction. As a result, the pan has a small dent in it. Very poor...
