I would've liked to receive a confirmation email immediately after placing the order. When I made the purchase it said I would receive a confirmation email, and I was a little worried when I didn't receive one.

I was told that I would get a confirmation email after I ordered my part and I did not get one nor have I got one yet. I did get my part 7 days later and it is charging and I hope it works.

Due to fact that my Compaq laptop is an older one, it has been somewhat difficult to find QUALITY,REASONABLY PRICED replacement parts for it, till now. I will keep it maintained as long as there are reliable parts available from companies like yours.

With the large number of internet thiefs I was not sure whether I was fooled or not when my order was lost by the shipper. Fortunately you phone support person was very reassuring you were a legitimate company.

I’d been looking for a power cord for my Alienware Sentia for months, and found a few places that had some at $100+. I tried two different ones from Best Buy, neither worked. I couldn’t be happier with Replacement Power’s low price and great service.
