To be able to use the product in full there is a necessity for the use of two parts per item (toner and chip). This is partly clearly indicated. Not indicated is what chip is needed and that not ordering is leading to a useless refill.

THE BOTTLE SAID IT CONTAINED 90 GRAMS. THE BOTTLE CONTAINED ONLY LESS THAN 1/2 FULL. PLEASE ADVISE.

I was very dissatisfied with the product because no one told me I would need a tood to drill a hole in my cartridge. I haveno holethereforeI amunable to use the product. I am very unhappy.

Happy with the service but this is the second time (out of about 5) that there has been an error on my order. Hope this doesn't continue because sometimes I need the cartridges right away.

Hawaii residents are used to battling shipping fees. By providing free shipping, even to Hawaii, you have a market edge and I will definitely recommend you to the school where I work.
