One bottle of ink says...Use by June 2003...I reported this and haven't heard what Fillserv plans to do about it. I think I should get a bottle of ink that hadn't expired 6 years ago.

I ordered my item on 10/31/09 it did not ship until 11/5/09.
It took 5 days to process my order for 1 bottle of ink.
The four days of shipping was understandable but not 5 days
to process.

To be able to use the product in full there is a necessity for the use of two parts per item (toner and chip). This is partly clearly indicated. Not indicated is what chip is needed and that not ordering is leading to a useless refill.

I was surpised that the refills did not have the dhips included. I will have to order them seperately. I would have liked that information to be more clearly indicated on the web site.

THE BOTTLE SAID IT CONTAINED 90 GRAMS. THE BOTTLE CONTAINED ONLY LESS THAN 1/2 FULL. PLEASE ADVISE.
