I ordered from 7inkjet before - satisfied. I found lower prices, but w/ shpg charges. I hate shpg chges. I emailed 7inkjet w/ a question & got a very quick reply. It wasn't good - could have cost a sale, but it was honest & quick. I respect 7inkjet.

I have installed only the color cartridge, and after cleaning nozzles and printer head, colors are just as they were when I was running out of ink.

Great supplier. It was easy to find my inkjet cartridges online, the prices are very competitive and I received them in 2 days using the free USPS shipping offered. I've already recommended them to a friend.

Color ink jet cartridge was defective, one color did not print,
indicating a lack of quality control. Quick response to my email complaint and arranged a prepaid return. I just mailed it back so can't comment on speed in issuing a credit.
