DON'T RESPOND TO MY MAILS, HAVE SEND THEM MORE THAN 10! DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, CALLED MORE THAN 30 TIMES! THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY, AND I HAVEN'T GOT MY GLASSES!! SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THE REVIEWS ON PRICEGRABBER!! THEY ARE FRAUDS AND FAKE!

My glasses were backordered, but came roughly in the 10-day period they contacted me to tell me. They did send me tracking information. One earpiece did not fit correctly onto the frame, but it was only a cosmetic defect.

I called several times but no one was available. The first item I ordered was out of stock and they let me know but all of the other correspondece reflected the "original" order not the 2nd item.
