You sent the wrong item . Item was sent back . Several call to your company during 7 days period . messages left . No return calls. Several e-mails sent . no one has replied as of this day . USPS confirmed item returned 6/29.

Your shipping time frame was the pits, I' going to assume you had the wholesaler drop ship this for you and that's why the big time lag from placement of the order to the actual ship date ??

I did not appreciate having to take the time to go to the post office and wait in lune to ship my package. Not very convenient. A prepaid, printable shipping lable would have been a better option.
